REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our products on the website chatbotapp.ai (“Product”) by HubX Yazılım Hizmetleri A.S. (“HubX” or “Company”). Please note that to the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or is required by applicable law.
Global Refund Policy
Generally, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. As a baseline rule, refunds are available only if you have sent less than 20 messages AND your request is made within 3 days from the date of first purchase.
Because each interaction generates server and model costs, once more than 20 messages are sent, or the 3-day period has passed, the service is considered consumed and refunds are no longer available.
Refund requests must be made during the subscription period. If the subscription period has already expired, we will not be able to issue a refund:
Country-Specific Rules
(a) European Union / Switzerland / UK / Turkey
If you are a consumer located in the EU, EEA, UK, Turkey or Switzerland, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal from contracts for purchases of digital services. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE DIGITAL SERVICE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE THE CONTENT IS MADE AVAILABLE. If you exercise your withdrawal right within 14 days and less than 20 messages are sent, we will issue refunds.
How to withdraw: To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by email. Sending your notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
(b) United States
Refunds may be requested within 3 calendar days of first purchase if you have sent less than 20 messages. After this period, or after more than 20 messages, the service is considered consumed and non-refundable due to the server and model costs generated by each interaction.
(c) South Korea / Mexico / Taiwan / Brazil / China
Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of first purchase if you have sent less than 20 messages. After this period, the service is non-refundable. To exercise the right to cancel in the 7-day cancellation period, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the Subscription by making a clear statement to us of such decision before the cancellation period has expired submitted to our support team.
(d) Other Countries
In countries where mandatory consumer protection laws provide additional rights, those laws will apply. If no such exception exists, the (I) Global Refund Policy applies.
Persistent Technical Defects
If you experience persistent technical difficulties that are solely attributable to our platform and not to user-side factors (such as device compatibility, connectivity or outdated software), and where required by consumer protection laws, you may be eligible for a refund. In such cases, you must provide appropriate documentation (e.g., screenshots, error logs) evidencing the issue.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
i) more than 20 messages have been sent, since service is considered consumed due to server and model costs, OR
ii) the refund request is submitted after 3 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides stronger rights, those rights will prevail. The user’s country in our system records or the address on the invoice determine which refund policy applies.
Additional Packages
Additional packages are added to and bound to the user's main subscription package. Therefore, if the main package subscription ends, additional packages will also expire. Users shall meet the conditions of main package refund criteria as explained above. Purchasable playbooks are non-refundable by their nature, and for the individual use only.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If, at any time, you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse any payment of applicable subscription fees in your account, we may disable or terminate your account immediately at our sole discretion for the breach of your payment obligations hereunder. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback received, including by providing the relevant financial institution with any information proving that the payment in question was authorized by the user responsible for such chargeback.
Requesting Refunds
To request a refund, users should send an email to [email protected]. Refund requests must be submitted within the current subscription period, and they will only be processed if the refund conditions outlined in our policy are fully met. Please note that the company’s records shall prevail in determining refund eligibility.
Updates to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes such as new features or subscription plans. Changes will apply only to future purchases or renewals. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time if they do not agree with the updated terms. We recommend that users take a screenshot of the refund policy at the time of purchase for their records.
